It is not too early to start thinking about a birth plan. Preparing a birth plan mean to stay in control as much as possible of the type of labor experience that we will have. A birth plan can include whether to have a home birth or a hospital birth.
Of course, it is natural to be worried about the different stages of labor. After go thru with these experienced, now I can find out how to tell whether the contractions really mean we’re going into labor as well as other common signs of labor.
After baby’s born, it’s time to focus on postpartum care – for moms and your newborn! That means caring for you inside and out, including everything from getting back into shape, to confronting postpartum depression. Postpartum depression is a common condition that affects the physical and mental well-being of new moms.
As a new mom, breastfeeding can be a unique experience that allows you to bond with your baby – just like me. After the birth of your baby, you’ll likely notice that your body isn’t the same as it was before pregnancy.
Anyway, enjoy your truly happiness life as a new moms!-----:<)))

For me, it's an experienced that other woman never know feel (some of them scared to pregnant coz of body will change)...we should appreciate that moment. Maybe after delivery process..as a mom and wife, we should take care of ourself..i mean know how to fitting back our part of body to be like usual..for your info, my husband love me more when certain part of my body change..hehe, he said that I'm look more sexy..believe me not!
